As all my products are custom made and made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted. During production you will receive regular progress photos of your sink in order to confirm that it is to your liking (as per your order). In the event that there is an issue with your order, all you have to do is contact me. I will do everything in my power to resolve it. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, even though packaging is extremely careful to avoid any damage.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 12 - 15 days.
